  سيلينا الامير أعلنت منظمة الحملة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في إيران، اليوم الجمعة، أن 15 سجينًا سياسيًا في معتقل "رجائي" بمدينة كرج الواقعة غرب طهران، نفذوا اليوم إضرابًا عن الطعام احتجاجًا على عدم حصولهم على حقوقهم في المعتقل، ومن بينها التهوية السيئة ووضع كاميرات مراقبة في الصحيات والحمامات.

المعارضة الإيرانية تطالب بتحقيق دولي في مجزرة إعدام 30 ألف سجين سياسي

The Iranian regime has constantly tried to downplay the role and influence of the opposition coalition, the National Council of Resistance of Iran, and its main constituent, the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), by portraying them as marginal and insignificant. Yet, its mainstream media and top officials are constantly betraying the regime's real feelings and fear of the group. The latest episode came after U.S. senators  visited the organization's headquarters in Tirana, Albania . Sens. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., John Cornyn, R-Texas, and Thom Tillis, R-N.C., met with NCRI President Maryam Rajavi and members of the MEK, and discussed the latest developments in Iran and the Middle East as well as solutions to end the current crisis in that region. Human rights, in particular, bringing to justice the officials involved in the 1988 massacre, should be at the core of Iran policyHuman rights defenders, dignitaries, European politicians and the Iranian Resistance called for the formation of an international commission of inquiry into the massacre of political prisoners in Iran in the summer of 1988 and bringing those responsible for this genocide and crime against humanity to justice. They stressed that the issue of human rights should be at the core of the West’s policy on Iran. They urged the UN, EU and the US to put the issue of flagrant and systematic violation of human rights in Iran on top of their agenda. The call was made during an exhibition on the 1988 massacre that took place upon the initiative of Mr. Jean-François Legaret, the Mayor of Paris municipality District 1 at this municipality on Thursday, August 17, 2017.

صوت العرب - باريس قبل ربع قرن من الزمن وبعد نهاية الحرب الايرانية العراقية أفتى الخميني بإعدام جميع أعضاء وأنصار مجاهدي خلق في جميع السجون الإيرانية. مما أدت هذه الموجة الرهيبة إلى إعدام ما لايقلّ عن ثلاثين إلفاً من السجناء السياسيين. وكان جميع المسؤولين في النظام متورطين في هذه الجريمة الكبرى. بدأت المقاومة الإيرانية في العام الماضي في مثل هذه الأيام، حركة عارمة في عموم إيران وعلى الصعيد الدولي فيما يتعلق بمجزرة 30 ألف سجين سياسي   في عام 1988، تلك الجريمة المروعة  ومازال مسؤوليها يحتلون مناصب سيادية في النظام بينهم وزير العدل في حكومة روحاني الذي كان عضوا في لجنة الموت والمسؤول عن هذه المجزرة.

As the movement for calling for justice in regards to the 1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners grows, the Iranian regime is fighting back in an attempt to discredit the movement. Recently, the state-run Basij News wrote, “The People’s Mojahedin of Iran (MEK/PMOI) has organized the maximum propaganda and military activities against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The unresolved issue is how some of the political circles support the MEK’s measures in the current situation and they question the events of the 80s, while trying to call the hangman a martyr.” Various members of the leadership of the regime have also spoken out against France for hosting the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) annual event. “France hosts Iran’s enemies, whereas it established economic relations with Iran after the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA),” said Foad Yazidi at a meeting entitled “The Islamic Human Rights’ Conference”.

While August seems usually a passive time of the year in politics, it has  been  quite the opposite for Iran and the wide variety of developments around this controversial international dossier. However, the restrictions on the Iranian nuclear program are only limited, as is the international inspectors’ access to the country’s illicit facilities.In addition, in areas unrelated to the nuclear agreement, the Iranian regime’s behavior has only gotten worse over the past two years. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has escalated its nefarious activities in  Syria , Iraq, and Yemen, has deliberately sought out close encounters with American warships, and has boasted of new Iranian military equipment.

NCRI - Extensive fire in forest areas West of Iran was extinguished on the fifth day by the help of local residents and environmental activists and safety guards. The widespread fire in the forest areas of Kuh Shahu (Shahu Mountain), suburb of Kamyaran city of Kurdistan province, has caused more than 400 hectares of damage. Rouhani appoints another 1988 massacre executioner as justice minister Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has appointed Alireza Avaie, involved directly in the 1988 massacre of political prisoners in Iran’s Khuzestan Province, to replace Mostafa Pourmohammadi as justice minister in the new cabinet. Pourmohammadi was one of the three members of the massacre 1988 massacre “Death Commission.” Avaie served as Dezful’s public prosecutor from 1979 to 1988. During the 1988 massacre he was serving as the city’s Revolutionary Court prosecutor. According to the government media, Nosratullah Lotfi, deputy of this organization, said: “We have taken steps to introduce the martyr and hangman to the people. The Supreme Leader (Khamenei) said that the place of the executioner and the martyr should not be changed.” “We put two points on our agenda. The first is to review the events in the 1980s. No authorities would provide answers, however. The international community had turned its back on this horrible genocide, all under the pretext of Iranian regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini signing United Nations Security Council Resolution 598 ending the Iran-Iraq War. The Iranian authorities must halt the imminent execution of Alireza Tajiki, who was arrested as a child, said Amnesty International today, after learning that he was transferred to solitary confinement this morning and is due to be executed in less than 24 hours in Shiraz’s Adel Abad prison.Tajiki was just 15 at the time of his arrest and 16 when he was convicted and sentenced to death. He was transferred to solitary confinement in Adel Abad prison in Shiraz, Fars Province, on August 9. His family were told to come to prison in order to make their final visit. The authorities did not inform his legal representatives, contrary to Iran’s own laws, which require lawyers to be informed of their clients’ scheduled execution at least 48 hours in advance.

NCRI - The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Intelligence Organization in Isfahan reported that its forces had arrested 64 boys and girls around the city in co-operation with the police on Tuesday, 8 August 2017. The IRGC soldiers in the district of Imam Sadeq in Isfahan, in cooperation with the Isfahan Provincial Police,yesterday arrested 64 boys and girls around the city of Isfahan by taking orders from the judiciary,” Isfahan’s IRGC Intelligence reported.

Following today’s execution of Alireza Tajiki, a young Iranian man who was arrested, convicted and sentenced to death as a child, Amnesty International’s Deputy Director for the Middle East and North Africa Magdalena Mughrabi said: “By going ahead with this execution in defiance of their obligations under international law, and despite huge public and international opposition, the Iranian authorities have again cruelly demonstrated their complete disdain for children’s rights. This shameful act marks a critical turning point for Iran, and exposes the hollowness of the authorities’ claims to have a genuine juvenile justice system.”  “Alireza Tajiki is the fourth person executed in Iran this year who was arrested as a child. His execution, which was carried out despite his allegations that he was tortured into “confessing”, consolidates a horrendous pattern that has seen Iran repeatedly send people arrested as children to the gallows, often after deeply unfair trials.

A 21-year-old Iranian found guilty of a murder as a child will be executed in the coming hours, Amnesty International has warned, with the condemned persistently maintaining his innocence. An Iranian man is due to be executed early Thursday morning, for a murder he was convicted of as a 15-year-old boy, Amnesty International has said. The juvenile offender was sentenced to death aged 16 - something contrary to  international law  - for murder and male rape. Now, 21-years-old Alireza Tajiki is due to be hanged at Adel Abad prison in Shiraz, southern Iran in a matter of hours.

On Saturady, August 5, 2017, state-run media quoting Hamid Chitchian wrote: “Water issues in all parts of the country have become acute and there is no region in the country that does not have water concern.”Taghi Kabiri, Iranian regime Member of Parliament, said that, if no attention is paid to the problems of water scarcity, it will lead to serious social crises, noting the regime's fears of public discontent becoming social protests and crises. Meanwhile, the regime’s Director of Water and Wastewater in Khuzestan (southwest of Iran) on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, admitted: “We have almost no cities in the province of Khuzestan that have no water shortage and problems.

وكالات-المدائن عدت لجنة الشؤون الخارجية بالمجلس الوطني للمقاومة الإيرانية، زيارة الممثل الأعلى لسياسة الأمن والشؤون الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي فيديريكا موغيريني، ومسؤولين أوروبيين الي طهران، لحفل تنصيب رئيس غير شرعي، في ظل إعدام نظام الملالي لأكثر من 101 سجين بإيران خلال يوليو، استهتار بالقيم الكونية لحقوق الإنسان التي يعتبر الاتحاد الأوروبي نفسه حافظا ومدافعا عنها. واعتبرت المراهنة على نظام الملالي، الذي تدل كل العلامات على دخوله المرحلة النهائية من عمره، محكوم عليها بالفشل ولا تنتج سوى الخسارة، وتُصوّر أوروبا في  أذهان الشعب الإيراني بأنها تمد النظام بطوق النجاة له. وذكرت لجنة الشؤون الخارجية، أن الواقع يُثبت أن الملا روحاني الذي يغطي وجهه بنقاب الاعتدال، لا مهمة له سوى حفظ نظام ولاية الفقيه وتأجيل موعد إسقاطه.

قال حسين داعي الاسلام من أعضاء منظمة مجاهدي خلق الايرانية بشأن تظاهرة آلاف من المواطنين خلال الاسبوع الجاري في طهران وغيرها من المدن الايرانية ضد أعمال النهب التي تمارسها مؤسسات تابعة لقوات الحرس ان هذه التظاهرات ان دلت على شيء انما تدل على الوضع التفجيري الذي يعيشه المجتمع الايراني وعجز حكم الملالي واقتراب سقوط النظام. وكان المتظاهرون يهتفون «نصرمن الله وفتح قريب والموت لحكومة مخادعة للناس» و « المصارف الإيرانية سارقات وتسرق نقودنا» و«أهذا مصرف مركزي أم مركز للسرقة» و«المواطنون صاحون ولديهم مشاعر الإشمئزازمن الاختلاس».

Amnesty International has just published a 94-page report entitled “ Caught in a web of repression: Iran’s human rights defenders under attack. ” It details 45 specific instances of what the organization has described as a “vicious crackdown” coinciding with the supposedly moderate presidency of Hassan Rouhani, who begins his second term in office this week. The overall takeaway is that Iranian authorities have repeatedly diminished the standards by which they accuse and convict activists and dissenters of national security crimes, while also increasing the severity of punishments that are meted out to those same people. The abusive nature of those punishments was reinforced by new revelations that emerged alongside the Amnesty International report, mainly regarding the Islamic Republic’s notorious overuse of the death penalty. By Zohair Ahmad___While  265 members of the European Parliament have strongly condemned the human rights violations committed by the Iranian regime , Some politicians still play the appeasement policy when it comes to the Iranian regime.  In a joint statement, some European MP’s blasted Tehran for its abysmal human rights record.  During Rouhani’s last tenure 3000 prisoners were executed, Iran has the highest number of executions per capita. The MP’s added that Rouhani’sminister of justice is a self-confessed murderer who was a member of the Death Committee, ordering the executions of over 30 000 political prisoners in 1988, mostly members of MEK/PMOI. The MP’s called for an investigation of the 1988 massacre, lead by the UNHCR and the Human Rights Council. 

On the night of July 31, Iran’s repressive forces opened fire on a group of porters around a village near the city of Sardasht, western Iran, leaving one porter by the name of Azad Mina-Abduli seriously wounded.The day before a group of porters, who strive to make ends meet through delivering and selling goods, were attacked by border police. One of the porters was killed and two others left seriously wounded. Prior to this on June 25 another porter by the name of Karim Mohammad Aminzadeh from the city of Sardasht lost his life after repressive forces opened fire. Another porter, Mohammad Ahmadiyan, was seriously wounded.
