FRANCE, GERMANY, UK, US CONDEMN IRAN'S SPACE LAUNCH VEHICLE

WASHINGTON, July 28 (KUNA) -- In the aftermath of Iran's launch of a Simorgh space vehicle, the US, UK, France and Germany said the country has "again demonstrated activity inconsistent" with UN Security Council Resolution 2231 and condemned the action. "This resolution calls upon Iran to not undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using such technology like this launch," said the countries in a joint statement.

ARA News The head of Rojava’s Asayish Forces, Ciwan Ibrahim, said that the Iranian project in Syria is more dangerous than the ISIS’ project. “We have no problems with the Alawites on a political level, but rather our problem is with dictatorship. The Iran-led project has regional and international dimensions,” he said. “According to our reports there is a sharp disagreement between the Iranians and Syrian Alawites, and I am sure if the situation escalates, differences will arise between the Iranians and the Alawites,” Ibrahim told the Saudi website  Okaz .

Iran, MEK and Regime Change Policy

Image
by Pooya Stone Since the major gathering of the Iranian opposition, MEK in Paris on July 1, the issue of necessity of  regime change in Iran  has gained traction. “The only solution to free the people of Iran and establish peace and tranquility in the region, is the  overthrow  of the Iranian regime,” declared Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, in the major gathering of Iranians in Paris on July 1. She reiterated, “The regime’s overthrow is possible and within reach, and a democratic alternative and organized resistance MEK exists that can topple it.” Maryam Rajavi’s call for regime change in Iran was widely echoed and supported by other prominent U.S. and European speakers. Among the speakers were former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton. All supported MEK ’s call for regime change in Iran. Referring to the MEK , Bolton,  sai...

LEADING OFFICIALS OF IRANIAN REGIME ADMIT THE MASSACRE OF MEK MEMBERS

Image
Iranian regime  massacred  over 30,000 political prisoners in summer of 1988, and kept silent about this atrocity for three decades. Most of the victims were members and supports of the main opposition group the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK ). This year in the presidential election as conservative cleric Ebrahim Raisie, one of the perpetrators of the massacre, was selected as one of the main candidates, the issue surfaced, forcing regime officials, one after another, to confess about the carnage. Last week in an unprecedented  interview , Ali Fallahian, the former Iranian intelligence Minister, revealed the mindset behind the mass execution of summer of 1988. Ali Fallahian, who was called as “the most feared mullah in Iran” by the  News Week  is wanted by  Interpol  for his involvement in the  AMIA bombing  that killed 85 people on July 18, 1994 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Evin Prison: The Iranian regime’s notorious torture factory

Image
The Iranian regime lives in constant fear of an uprising to overthrow it. Such is its paranoia where opposition groups are concerned it has spent the whole period of its existence, eliminating dissenters. The approach to any form of opposition shows how insecure this regime has become. But as far as extreme brutality is concerned, it could not be more prevalent than that of the regime’s treatment of dissidents at Evin Prison, where guards use torture to humiliate their captives before executing them. Through the despicable acts taking place here, the lack of humanity shown by the prison authorities toward all those who speak out against the regime, mirrors the insecurities of the entire state. Located at the foot of the Alborz mountains in northern Tehran, Evin Prison was originally constructed in 1972, under the reign of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. It was then operated by his infamous security and intelligence service (SAVAK).

MEK'S POPULARITY AMONG IRANIAN YOUTH, REGIME'S NIGHTMARE

Image
CONTRARY TO IRAN LOBBY CLAIMS, REGIME CHANGE DOES NOT END IN WAR One of the great falsehoods of the Iran lobby and the appeasers of the clerical regime in Tehran is that any effort at regime change would inevitably lead to war. This by-line can be seen in every article by the Iran lobby and the appeasers attempting to underscore the growing global support for the Iranian opposition (MEK/PMOI) and the Iranian people’s quest for regime change. History teaches us though that the longevity of any regime born out of violent conquest is ultimately short-lived.

MEK/PMOI Popularity Threat to Iranian Regime's Existance

Image
By: Jubin Katiraie For many  associated  with the Iranian lobby and appeasers of the clerical regime in Tehran, the best way to prop up the regime is to discredit any alternative options presented to the international community. In addition, the lobby and appeasers continue to stress that regime change will lead to war. As an example, they point to the struggles of the Iraq government since the removal of Saddam by the U.S. and its allies. However, history teaches us that any regime’s existence is limited when it begins with a violent upheaval. The current Iranian regime was born out of a revolution to end the rule of the Shah, but that revolution’s goal was to create a secular, pluralistic, and democratic Iran. However, the mullahs hijacked the revolution, creating a theocracy and suppressing any alternative political voices, including the MEK/PMOI.

Senior Former U.S. Officials Reject War With Iran, Urge Reaching Out To The Iranian People, Organized Opposition

On the heels of the major  gathering  of the Iranian opposition in Paris on  July 1 , some thirty prominent American luminaries and former officials  issued  a joint statement  expressing  bipartisan support for the Iranian resistance and underscoring the need for a more firm approach towards Iran’s ruling clerics. Among  the signatories were former House Speaker  Newt Gingrich  and former New York City Mayor  Rudy Giuliani .

How blood of innocents has become an endless nightmare for Iranian regime

Image
In Iran, 1980s is known as a bloody decade as thousands of political opponents were executed in brutal mass murder. In the summer of 1988, a massive slaughter took place in Iran’s prisons. Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri, the successor of Khomeini, was dismissed as a result of his objection to this massacre. In September 2016, an audio tape from a meeting of the late Ayatollah Montazeri with members of the committee of executioners (commonly known by Iranians as death committee) was published by his son, which led to his arrest and prosecution. In the audio tape, Ayatollah Montazeri described this massacre as the worst crime in the history of the Islamic Republic, and named Ibrahim Raisi, Mostafa Pour Mohammadi, Hossein Ali Nayeri and other coordinators as criminals.

July 14 marked the second anniversary of the nuclear deal signed between Iran and the P5+1 in Vienna back in 2015. This pact was reached fundamentally by sanctions against Tehran due to continuous revelations made by the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK ), being the first to blow the whistle on Tehran's nuclear weapons ambitions. The possibility was at hand to completely uproot Iran's nuclear bomb-making facilities.  The West's appeasement policy in the face of Tehran and unnecessary concessions provided to the mullahs, parallel to the windfall of billions gifted to Iran as sanctions were lifted, only  fueled the flames  of war in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen.  Despite all the concessions provided, Iran has been anything but contained.

REGIME CHANGE IN IRAN AT REACH WITH THE ONLY ORGANIZED OPPOSITION (PMOI/MEK)

Image
By INU Staff INU - When confronted with the question of whether the Trump administrations backs regime change in Iran, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Washington would work with Iranian opposition groups to reach “peaceful transition of that government.” The most organized and renowned Iranian opposition group is none other than the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) with the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK ) being the core member of this coalition. The  MEK  enjoys vast support both inside Iran and abroad, especially an unmatched network of activists who dare to show their support for NCRI President Maryam Rajavi and her movement at whatever opportunity. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) echoed Tillerson’s view, saying “it’s time the Iranian people had a free and open society and a functioning democracy,” effectively a call for regime change.

IRAN REGIME NEEDS CRIMINALS LIKE THE ONES INVOLVED IN 1988 MASSACRE

Image
NCRI - Mohammad Sadegh Kushki, an expert on political and international issues from the Khamenei bands, emphasized that the solution to the crisis of popular dissatisfaction and protests is the use of criminal elements such as Assadollah Lajvardi (Chief of Evin Prison known as the Evin excutioner) in the 1980s and criminal judges such as Mohammadi Gilani (a perpetrator of the 1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners)and Ahmad Jannati (Secretary of the Guardian Council). IRAN'S EXPERT: THE PURPOSE OF US SANCTIONS IS REGIME CHANGE

Image
London, 28 Jul - Fouad Izadi, an Iranian international expert in an interview with the state television, admitted to the scope of sanctions and terrorist designation of the Revolutionary Guards in the US Congress. In this interview that was broadcasted on July 26, 2017, in response to the question that why they say that the law is the mother of sanctions, said "Because the military institutions of the country are subjected to terrorist groups designation". He added, "Since the government funds this military institution, it is subject to sanctions." Izadi says “… Before JCPOA, when a sanctions law was coming we had to ask what entities are being sanctioned. After the JCPOA, in this new law the question is what entities are not sanctioned. Based on this process, almost everywhere is sanctioned”.

WILL IRAN TRIGGER ARMED CONFRONTATION WITH AMERICAN FORCES IN IRAQ?

Image
London, 27 Jul - The new U.S. president, Donald Trump, is focusing on health care and tax reform at home, while his administration is prepares for conflict, as North Korea’s missile are alarming the U.S., Japan and South Korea; NATO responded to Russia’s military incursions into eastern Ukraine and the Baltic region; and Iran’s attempts to extend its influence across the Middle East have continued. Seemingly less imminent now, is a military clash in Northeast Asia. Major U.S. naval and air power was deployed to the region, pressure was put on China to rein in its Korean ally, and tensions have cooled. Conflict with Russia appears less likely after the U.S. and NATO deployed troops to Poland and three Baltic States to warn Moscow that its tactics would be met with force. However, unless Iran changes its course, it may trigger armed confrontation with American forces in Iraq and the Persian Gulf.

TRUMP WARNS IRAN COULD FACE 'NEW AND SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES' IF IT DOESN'T FREE US PRISONERS

Image
President Trump warned Friday that Iran could face "new and serious consequences" if it doesn't free U.S. citizens imprisoned in Iran. "President Donald J. Trump and his administration are redoubling efforts to bring home all Americans unjustly detained abroad," the White House said in a statement. "The United States condemns hostage takers and nations that continue to take hostages and detain our citizens without just cause or due process. President Trump is prepared to impose new and serious consequences on Iran unless all unjustly imprisoned American citizens are released and returned." It did not detail what those consequences could be, however.

IRAN ROCKET SUFFERED 'CATASTROPHIC FAILURE,' LIKELY BLEW UP, US OFFICIAL SAYS

Image
By Lucas Tomlinson A much-hyped Tehran space launch turned out to be a dud, as the Iranian Simorgh rocket suffered a "catastrophic failure" shortly after liftoff on Thursday and likely blew up before it reached space, two U.S. officials told Fox News.On Thursday, U.S. Strategic Command, which monitors launches around the world, could only confirm a satellite was not deployed from the rocket. But fresh intelligence assessments on Friday confirmed yet another failure by the Islamic Republic in its mission to place an operational satellite into orbit --something Tehran has never done before, despite repeated attempts over the past few years.

TRUMP BLAMES IRAN REGIME AND HEZBOLLAH FOR SYRIA'S 'HUMANITARIAN CATASTROPHE'

Image
United States President Donald Trump attacked Iran’s regime and Lebanese Hezbollah that it backs in Syria and Lebanon, blaming them for creating a "humanitarian catastrophe" and threatening peace throughout the region."Hizballah is a menace to the Lebanese state, the Lebanese people, and the entire region," Trump said at a White House news conference with visiting Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri on July 25. "The group continues to increase its military arsenal, which threatens to start yet another conflict with Israel," Trump said. "With the support of Iran, the organization is also fueling humanitarian catastrophe in Syria."

Iran Meddling in Small Muslim Countries Surfaces

On Monday, the speaker of the Iranian foreign ministry briefly spoke of his country’s dispute with Tajikistan and said,  “our efforts aim to clear the misunderstandings developed in Dushanbe with respect to Tehran.” Eurasianet.org , which covers news of the region, reported that last week, the Tajikistan authorities order the shut down of an Iranian trade and culture center in Tajikistan’s northern Sughd province. They also banned all the works of Ayatollah Khomeini and other famous Iranian clerics. Iran uses such teachings to spread its version of the Islamic Revolution. Iran has also had a very friendly relationship with, as Iranian media report, the leader of the Islamic movement of Tajikistan.

First New Iran Regime Sanctions Since Nuclear Deal Passed

Image
To impose additional sanctions on Iran’s defense sector, The House voted 419-3 today moving the bill forward to be approved by President Trump. While there are some slight modifications to the bill’s sanctions on Russia, the language on Iran is undistinguishable to the version the Senate passed 98-2 in June. Like its Senate counterpart, the House bill would block the assets of any individual who works with Iran on its ballistic missile program or sells it arms. The bill also sanctions anyone associated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) or anyone whom the US determines is complicit in Iranian human rights violations. Anyone sanctioned under the act may be removed after a five-year review.

The New U.S. Sanctions on Iran Rgeime, JCPOA and Prospects

The agents and media of both factions of the Iranian regime say and write about the terrible consequences of adopting these sanctions. Javan newspaper, affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), described new sanctions as "military JCPOA" by the United States following the nuclear deal, and wrote that the sanctions were in fact sanctions aimed at targeting defensive power, missile power and military power (of the regime) through widespread and unprecedented sanctions. The designers of the plan seek to provide the grounds for a military JCPOA with the aim of limiting the regime’s defense power through massive sanctions. The IRGC’s newspaper said: The Americans are now pushing for replacing the defense power (of the regime) instead of the nuclear program and starting a series of sanctions and pressures on the regime.

Fortunately, the overwhelming 419 to three vote in favor of this bill, the bipartisan Countering Adversarial Nations Through Sanctions Act ( H.R.3364 ) has made it veto proof. Despite the fact of alterations made in the initial text, all glitches have been set aside to gain White House consent.

FORMER TEHRAN U. PRESIDENT: EVEN SENIOR OFFICIALS ARE CONSTANTLY TALKING ABOUT REGIME CHANGE

Image
NCRI - Dr. Mohammad Malaki, the first president of Tehran University following the 1979 revolution, recently said we have reached a time when senior Iranian regime officials themselves are constantly talking about regime change. These remarks were made recently in an interview regarding the latest round of arrests and the words of former Iranian intelligence minister Ali Fallahian. The Iranian people are familiar with such arrests and these measures, mostly aimed at striking fear amongst the people, and it has lost the effect, Malaki said, adding a call on the people to be aware and unite more than ever before in continuing their protests. In reference to Fallahian’s remarks, Dr. Malaki said he sits before the camera with the utmost obscenity and defends the crimes he committed through the years while he himself is amongst those who must be prosecuted in a court of law.

CALL TO PREVENT IRAN REGIME'S TERRORISM/FUNDAMENTALISM INSTITUTIONS' FREEDOM OF ACTION IN GERMANY

Image
The Iranian Resistance condemns a three-day event planned for the end of July, hosted primarily by two institutions established by the Iranian regime for the exporting of terrorism and fundamentalism, namely "Al-Mustafa" mosque and "Islamic Community of Shiite Communities of Germany" (IGS). The Iranian Resistance calls on the relevant authorities to prevent this event, which will ultimately serve to spread fundamentalism and terrorism within Europe. The "Al-Mustafa" mosque is a notorious international terrorism-promoting institution founded by the Iranian regime and under the supervision of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. This organization is linked to the Revolutionary Guard Quds Force and its declared task is to recruit non-Iranian nationalities. These individuals are then deployed in the mullahs’ war machine and warmongering.

NCRI - In its July-23 article, state-run ‘Mardom-Salari’ newspaper points to widespread suppression of women and critical conditions of innocent children under the Mullahs’ regime, saying “it’s been years that we’ve got used to hearing such news as acid attacks, murder, rape, harassments, knife fights, and other crimes, so much that we no longer get surprised,as if the coldness of such bitter news have penetrated so deep inside us and made us so numb that we don’t know how to react to such incidents, if we ever can.” “Such events could lead to anxiety and fear among people”, the newspaper writes, adding “as the families with little kids have to be constantly worried about what is going to await their kids when they’re out, and fear so much that they won’t even dare to send their children to school.”

US HOUSE VOTES TUESDAY TO SANCTION RUSSIA, IRAN, NKOREA

Image
WASHINGTON, AFP, 25 July 2017 - The US House of Representatives votes Tuesday to slap new sanctions against Russia, a move that has triggered uproar in Moscow and Europe. The legislation, which is the result of a congressional compromise reached at the weekend and is aimed at punishing the Kremlin for meddling in the 2016 US presidential election and Russia's annexation of Crimea, could end up penalizing European firms that contribute to the development of Russia's energy sector New sanctions against Iran and North Korea for their actions on or testing of ballistic missiles are also included in the bill. Key among the provisions is one that handcuffs the US president by making it difficult for him to unilaterally ease penalties against Moscow in the future -- effectively placing him under Congress's watch.

ANALYSIS: THE END-TIMES APOCALYPTIC VISION OF IRAN’S IRGC

Image
